Our beginner’s children program is built for school age children and meets 7 days a week, with most student at-tending 2 or 3 times per week. A typical class is 40 minutes long and has two instructors in the room to provide the right experience for new students.
Our beginner’s program is built to develop several key traits in our students. Our character concepts generally taught in the beginner’s program include

Respect
Listening Skills
Confidence
Manners
Discipline
Goal Setting
In addition to these character skills that lay the foundation for success in training, and in life, students will also develop physical skills as well. Beginner’s will develop core strength and balance, along with improving coordina-tion.
Beginner’s also get exposed to many martial arts basics such as kicking, blocking, rolling and self-defense.
